2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops auto-renewal; you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

- Cancellation effective immediately for next billing cycle
6. Prorated Refunds
For monthly subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle or after the 7-day window, we may offer prorated refunds based on unused days:
Formula: (Monthly Fee ÷ 30) × Unused Days - Processing Fee (₹50)
Example: ₹99/month cancelled with 20 unused days = (99÷30)×20 - 50 = ₹16 refund
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations may arise. Please contact us if you:
- Have a medical emergency preventing use of the App
- Are facing financial hardship
- Experience technical issues beyond our standard support scope
We review such cases individually and may offer extended refund windows or credits at our discretion.
